At Ayiscomm Technologies, we are committed to delivering exceptional technology solutions. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our various services including web design & development, custom software development, SaaS products, and technology consulting.
Web Design & Development Services
Project-Based Refunds
- Full refund available if project is cancelled within 48 hours of contract signing
- 50% refund available if project is cancelled before design phase completion
- 25% refund available if project is cancelled before development phase completion
- No refund once project is delivered and approved by client
Quality Assurance
If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, we will provide unlimited revisions at no additional cost until satisfaction is achieved.
Custom Software Development
Milestone-Based Refunds
- Refunds calculated based on completed milestones and delivered components
- Full refund for unstarted work phases
- Partial refund for work-in-progress based on completion percentage
- No refund for completed and approved milestones
Intellectual Property
All source code and documentation for refunded portions will be retained by Ayiscomm Technologies. Completed milestones remain property of the client.
SaaS Products & Subscriptions
Subscription Refunds
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within first 60 days
- No refunds for monthly subscriptions after 30 days
- Custom enterprise agreements may have different terms
Service Interruptions
Service credits may be provided for extended downtime exceeding our SLA commitments, as outlined in individual service agreements.
Technology Solutions & Consulting
Consulting Services
- Hourly consulting services are non-refundable once delivered
- Strategy sessions and workshops are non-refundable once conducted
- Implementation services follow project-based refund structure
General Terms & Conditions
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to ayiscommtechnologies@gmail.com
- Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees and third-party costs are non-refundable
Exceptions
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Client-provided resources that prevent project completion
- Violation of our terms of service by the client
- Requests for functionality outside original scope
